Guess what, it really is all about you! 

Have you felt stuck or unsure why you're not feeling your best emotionally? Are there things you want to talk about but feel you can't? You would be human if you answered, "Yes." 

For many reasons known and unknown, you may be experiencing feelings of loneliness or isolation, leading to changes with your mood and perspective. This affects your relationships and ability to get through everyday life.

 

If you are experiencing the following you may need therapy:

* Frequent mood swings, angry outbursts, or feel constantly overwhelmed and anxious.   

Persistent negative thoughts, self-doubt, or worthlessness.  

* Ongoing relationship conflict and distress.   

Thoughts about hurting yourself.  

Difficulty concentrating at work or school.  

Turning to substances like drugs and alcohol to cope with stress. 

Withdrawing from social activities.  

* Significant changes in sleep patterns or sleep disturbance.   

* You experienced a loss, traumatic event, abuse or significant life change causing emotional distress.

Rates and Insurance

​

Our current self-pay fees are as follows:
              Individual Therapy Sessions: $135
              Couples/Family Therapy Sessions: $150

​

Insurances we accept are Blue Cross & Blue Shield, DMBA, EMI, Select Health,             United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna and PEHP.  We can also invoice for out-of-         network benefits.
